Brennen A. McCurdy is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, dangerous product defects, medical malpractice, and other catastrophic injury matters.
Brennen received his Bachelor of Arts in Human Society in his hometown from Bryn Athyn College where he was valedictorian of his class. He received his law degree from Rutgers Law School as a Christopher and Ann Mikson Scholar. During his time at Rutgers, he gained valuable experience through various internships and externships with President Judge Wallace H. Bateman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and Associate Justice Lee A. Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also served as a Managing Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a member of the International Trial Team, competing in the American Association for Justice (AAJ”) 2023 Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
In April 2024, Brennen joined the Baratta Law team where he had previously worked as a paralegal while in college and before attending law school.
Before rejoining Baratta Law, Brennen worked for Fitzpatrick, Lentz & Bubba, P.C. where his practice focused on construction litigation, complex and commercial litigation, and civil trials and appeals.
Brennen is admitted to Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Outside of work, Brennen enjoys spending time with his wife and son. In his free time, Brennen enjoys reading, watching Premier League Football (Soccer), and listening to all types of music, including one of his favorites, Greta Van Fleet.
